E-mail us attaching a picture or sketch of your design. You will receive a quote for translating your design into a CAD file.
-Spec sheets with measurements are preferred.
If unavailable, your sketch or picture should include
detailed information like type of piece (ring, pendant,
brooch) size, stone’s material, size and cut, metals, finish etc.
We will contact you in case any further information is needed.
E-mail or fax us a signed quote and we will create a CAD file and a rendering for approval.
Once we receive your job request our CAD experts will start on your project right away. We will send you a rendering of your piece for approval. Lead times vary depending on intricacy and requirements of your item.
If you require revisions we will be glad to send new
renderings for your approval free of charge.
An invoice will be sent only after you have approved your design. Once payment clears, you will get your CAD file. We send our CAD files shortly after payment has cleared.
It never takes more than one business day to get your file via e-mail!
Rush delivery is available. Please let us know if you require your file by a certain time... we're here to help!
We can also send you a hard copy on a disc through First Class Mail
if you prefer.
4” X 6” and 8” X 10” photo quality prints of the renderings
are available upon request.
If you require a model built, fill in the CAM request form. Please inquire about the time your model will take to be milled or built. We will give you an estimate quote based on the time it will take our machines to make your prototype.
Once we build your model we’ll ship it any way you prefer. Turnaround time is usually from two to seven days, depending on the services you require and the complexity of your design.
Your model will have the same standard features as a carved wax model, except it didn’t take days of your time!!!!
